Today, in what was only the latest edition in a series of not-so-covertly political sermons delivered where I go to church, I heard the speaker praise the step our children's ministry took in sealing a main entrance into the children's wing while in the same message being critical of any form of immigration control. Living in a border state and actually knowing families who have been affected by the drug violence on the border, I wonder if I am the only one who finds that to be inconsistent.
