Thematic...From "The Sound of Moosic"
"Title Track"
The hills are alive with the sound of moosic
With grass that has grown and the summer breeze
The hills fill my heart with the sound of moosic
My stomachs want to eat all the grass that I see
"Mooria"
How do you solve a problem like Mooria?
How do you catch a cow and pin it down?
"The Lonely Old Cow"
High on a hill was a lonely old cow
Moo moo moo moo moo moo moo moo moo
Loud was the voice of the lonely old cow
Moo moo moo moo moo moo moo moo moo
"So Long, Farewell"
There's a sad sort of mooing from the clock in the stall
And the bells in the steeple too
And up in the milk barn an absurd little cow
Is popping out to say "moo moo"
Did her mother tell her she couldn't smile in church, too!
Divine Bovine!
Sister Elsie thought that Father Cebu was full bull/
I'm declining to comment on this pic in order to simply bow to Nino. I love the work of Rodgers and Holstein. I loved Moory Martin in the original Broadway cast and who could forget Julie Andrews as Mooria von Trapp in the film version.
I'm sorry. I'll stop now.
Pasture Pastor
Must be Calfolic.
"Elsie had a sad childhood. All the kids picked on her because of her unique face. She finally decided there were no chances for a normal life with a husband and kids, so she joined the convent most suited to her needs--'Sisters of Moorcy'"
Catholic + Hindu = The "Udder" Mother
This is udderly ridicowous!
The music:
And all the Sisters sang:
'Doe, a dear, a female deer ...'
Regarding headcoverings:
Doe Deer had been reprimanded one time too many by Mother Nature to cover the glory of her antlers. Deer hijabs soon became a sacred fashion amongst Ye Little Flock of Fleets.
Open Season:
Now sporting the perfect outfit for hunting season, Doe Deer soon began to wonder if she could borrow the Cardinal's outfit for her contemplative prancing through the woods. If he threw in his little pointy hat, the hunters would have to pause for three prayers of contrition before they took aim and pulled any more triggers.
A first-glance perspective:
I don't know why, Val, buy I really thought this was a picture of a deer, not a cow. Perhaps the strength on my reading glasses needs to increase? The obvious is not always so ... ;)
Bossie was in turmoil about whether to be part pf the flock or part of the herd.
Elsie was embroiled in scandal after having been "pastorized."
I am so tired of all this arguing over SACRED COWS!
